Spam.. from myself?

So I just received another email for viagra. Great!.. not. Only this time, it’s marked as coming from myself?! What the hell? So anyways, I’ve looked up the headers and this is what I’ve got:

Received: by 10.100.211.16 with SMTP id j16cs37362ang;        Mon, 7 Jan 2008 09:13:20 -0800 (PST)

Received: by 10.67.98.15 with SMTP id a15mr2957811ugm.69.1199725999085;        Mon, 07 Jan 2008 09:13:19 -0800 (PST)

This is freaky.. all my systems are secure, following a nasty encounter with spammers using my contact form a few years ago. Where can I report all this stuff? Reply in comments, please.
